There are three growth paths at our company. You may be a financial advisor and would like to affiliate with us or maybe you’d rather pursue the administration and sales support side. Or maybe you have a tax background and are looking for a different challenge. All of them are critical positions that help ensure the success of our firm. Think of yourself as a doctor of money. Your job is to meet with clients on a regular basis and do portfolio reviews and work with them on their ongoing financial goals and dreams. As a pillar in the community, you need to find opportunities to not only network with your clients and their friends but with other centers of influences so you can grow your practice into a thriving and successful entity.
- Minimum two years in the financial services industry as a client facing financial advisor
- Series 7, 66, and insurance licensed
- Clear compliance history and background
- Demonstrable knowledge of working in a fee based environment
- Minimum production requirement of $200K annual Gross Dealer Concession or $50 million of assets under management.
You are the glue that keeps it all together. While the financial advisor is providing strategy and direction, you are making it happen in the back-office. Primarily your job is to support the new and existing business that is generated, schedule ongoing reviews, call new prospects to arrange for a first meeting, assist with all marketing efforts of the firm, and work with the corporate office for the smooth handling of clients’ money and assets.

- Prefer some working knowledge of business administration
Proper financial planning could not happen without a competent tax preparer. This position is vital as you ensure that our clients have their taxes completed correctly while providing strategies designed to reduce their burden in the future. You’ll be backed up by our network of CPA’s, Enrolled Agents, payroll and bookkeeping specialists around the country so there is nothing that you can’t help your clients with.
- Completion of an approved tax preparing class
- 4-year college degree
- Clear background
- Prefer some working knowledge in a tax practice or through previous experience
All securities business associates will have to pass LPL Financial on-boarding process and requirements.
